Sumptuously soft deep buttoned cotton velvet is finished with velvet piping and set upon an Teak carved frame with French cabriole legs. The oak is stained with a satin varnish that enhances the natural medullary rays as well as the deeper colours and dark tones that emerge from within the organic grain of the Teak.

Like all natural materials, Teak has inherent disparities in colour and grain pattern, so each piece of wood used to make this French Love Story Velvet Bench will have its own unique variation that will include knots, black lines, colour difference, tiger grain, medullary rays, colour variation or shadowing. No two pieces will be an exact match, enhancing the unique characteristics and warmth of this piece.
